This looks grate, One of the best in the beginner category.
it almost looks as if the picture on top is just a lowered res of the drawing!
you kept it cel shaded which is a fantastic choice!

I donno the joke but it has a very unique style to it.

I adore the way you draw faces
They look realistic yet better than reality.
On top of it all your use of colors bring a mesmerizing result.
how do you draw faces so well? I can never quite seem to get faces to look appealing or realistic.
I know I'm running off the topic of a review but do you have a suggestion or advice for someone who is a beginner with drawing faces?

That's not an easy question to answer. If I had to point something essential. I would have to say proportions. Do a lot of proportion studies on faces. Not only from life. but also from artists you find have an appealing style.
